The Community Foundation for the Twin Tiers (CFTT) is based in Sayre, PA – right in the heart of the northern tier. Specifically, our region consists of communities throughout Bradford, Potter, Sullivan, Tioga County, Pennsylvania, and Tioga County, New York. We know this area. We love this area. We love its people, places, history – and future. There’s no place like our home. No place we’d rather be. And you probably feel the same.
Now saying we want to improve the quality of life is one thing. Helping people is another. And that’s where you come in. We need you. All our efforts – solving community problems, making the community stronger, quickly responding to community needs with innovative, long-term solutions – start with you.
Our mission, since we began in 2002, is clear:
